Inspiring any guitarist to crank their amp into overdrive, this guitar necklace rocks out a shadowbox technique that fuses two hand-sawed guitars, where the outer-layer features intricately cut flames in solid 18 gauge sterling silver brazed to the inner plain backing layer to create a shadow, hence the term shadowbox.

 ► Measuring approximately 2 inches in length, both guitar layers were sawed entirely by hand from US sourced 18 gauge (1 mm thick) sterling silver using a fine fret blade.

 ► As photographed, the guitar is suspended from a black leather cord with slip knots for easy adjustment, however we also offer options ranging from steel ball chains and to fine dainty sterling silver link chains.

 ► Adding depth and dimension, a pewter black (non-toxic) patina has been applied to the inner layer before final finishing to produce the soft shading.
